The BMG Program starts with a fitness assessment and goal
setting assistance. Beginning measurmentts are then recorded
in the client's permanent file.  Clients will also receive periodic
printed progress reports.

BMG exercise sessions consist of two to three training
buddies.  Goal targeted workouts are designed, directed,
paced, and recorded by expert fitness trainer, Skip Hicks.

Special motivational techniques make the workouts lots of fun
and very effective.  Clients will work efficiently within their
capacity.
